In order to give you an accurate account of your travel activities the total savings, Colwick Travel can periodically provide reports summarizing your key travel statistics including complete analysis of your airfare, car rental, and hotel usage. You may also request a report of your unused, non-refundable tickets to assist you in managing these funds.

  • Verifying Client Specifications – In order to continually meet your company’s distinct travel needs, our software can check to make sure every traveler’s request falls within your corporate travel policy. It can also determine if travel plans match each individual’s specifications, such as seating assignment, meal preference, frequent flyer information, etc
  • Requesting Upgrades – Our upgrade software will check for first-class seats on qualified American Airlines flights precisely 100, 72, and 24 hours before departure. If no seats are available, it will continue to file an inquiry every 30 minutes until the time of departure. This service is available 24 hours a day, 52 weeks a year to help guarantee upgrades whenever possible.
