Ticket Preservation - While the latest airline regulations generally stipulate a "use it or lose it" policy on unused, non-refundable tickets, we've developed programs that allow us to protect and maximize your ticket values.

• Name Change Waivers - Through agreements with American Airlines and other carriers, we are able to transfer any unused, non-refundable ticket that's about to expire to another traveler within your company without any penalty fees.
• Voiding Non-Refundable Tickets - Anytime a non-refundable ticket is issued, you have until 5 p.m. CST the following business day to void the ticket and cancel or reschedule as needed, avoiding any penalty fees and preserving as much of the ticket value as possible.

Price Reduction by Exchange - To assure competitive pricing on non-refundable tickets, we review all fares daily from the time of purchase until the scheduled departure. If a lower fare is found, the reservation is rebooked at the lower rate and credit voucher is issued. (Credit voucher is valid for up to one year from the date of purchase.)

Price Reduction by Refund or Void - If our daily fare review returns a lower price on a reservation from the previous business day or a refundable ticket, the original ticket is refunded and reissued at the reduced rate.

Fare Match Waiver - If another carrier offers a lower rate in a market also serviced your preferred carrier, in most cases we can procure a fare match thanks to our preferred agency status.

TicketBase© - We carefully input all of your non-refundable tickets into our cutting-edge TicketBase© software that creates a detailed history and inventory of all your unused tickets, allowing us to reassign these valuable resources for your future travel needs.

Unused Electronic Ticket Tracking - We also track any unused electronic tickets, which travelers may have inadvertently forgotten to cancel. Once found, we'll refund their value back to the original form of payment or file them in TicketBase© for future use.

Consolidator Tickets - We work with companies who negotiate bulk contracts with airlines to sell space on selected flights at a discount. This economical service can be especially valuable when pricing high-dollar tickets.

Online Air, Hotel and Car Rate Comparisons - In order to ensure you the best value, our staff continually shops the Internet to watch for lower rates than those given by your negotiated network of providers. If we are able to find a lower rate, we'll rebook your reservation at the reduced rate.

Local Online Fulfillment - We fulfill all online reservations made through our Web site directly from our corporate office, making the process of requesting changes as simple as a single phone call to Colwick Travel.
